Sveti Vlas

Sveti Vlas, or St Vlas,(or even just Vlas!) is the nearest coastal resort to the apartments.

Named after the patron saint of cattle growers and merchants, Sveti Vlas, which is located on the coastal road between the apartments and Sunny Beach, is rapidly developing into an excellent upmarket holiday resort. With its own sandy beaches, offering a range of water sports, plus a number of very good restaurants and shops, this town is quieter than Sunny Beach and is a favourite with Bulgarian holiday makers. This resort also boasts a new marina, with a range of sophisticated restaurants, bars and shops - not to be missed! From this marina you can also take a ride on a boat to the world heritage site of Old Nessebar. St vlas stands out from the rest off all the resorts along the black sea coast,and has now become a luxurybeach resort . The Town

St vlas is a small seaside town with a local population of approx 2,000 4km from its neighbour sunny beach an 9km from the ancient town of nessebar which can be seen across the horse shoebay Traveling around everything is within walking distance with plenty of taxis and local busses, which can take you to the nearby sunny beach/nessebar there are lots of free minibuses which can take you to the local aqua parks. Eating and getting out There are lots of wonderful restaurants in st vlas and in the village as well as beachside restaurants many have wonderful views across the bay towards sunny beach and nessebar.local bars shops in the village,post office internet cafe .

Nessebar

NESSEBAR. A UNESCO – World Heritage Site.

The Ancient town of Nessebar is located on a small peninsula in the Black Sea. It has existed for more than 9,000 years. Nessebar is best known for the old town on the peninsula. The picturesque churches have stunningly beautiful facades and interiors and are among the best-preserved ones in the Balkan Peninsula. The oldest one is the Sveti Ioan Krastitel (St.John the Baptist)
Today the old part of the town has regained its original romantic atmosphere: narrow cobblestone lanes, tiny squares, two-storied period houses with stone-built ground levels and wooden upper floors jutting above the streets and external staircases, gift shops, pubs, tavern and lovely flower gardens.
A romantic heaven for fishermen, artists and lovers of beauty.

THE BEACH

Accessed directly from the resort “Paradise Beach” is a beautiful “Blue Flag” white sandy beach, the sloping sands allows you to venture out approx 50m into the sea before the depth increases to 1.5m. The beach is only available to guest of the complex and adjacent hotels, and offers a fully supervised and air conditioned Children’s Club at a small charge.Along the beach, you will find a number of lifeguard stations, and a couple of beach bars serving both food and drink.
Various Water sports are available including jet skis.
One unique and important fact about Sveti Vlas for visitors is that it is the only resort on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast where the beaches are facing directly due south!
